Mouthwash Magazine, a project of Mouthwash LLC (collectively, the “Company”) respects the privacy of your personal information. The Company’s privacy, data collection, and terms-of-use policies with respect to www.mouthwashmagazine.com (“Website”) are set forth in this notice (the “Privacy Policy”) and describes how the Company may collect certain information from you or that you may provide when you visit the Website, as well as the Company’s practices for collecting, using, maintaining, protecting and disclosing that information.

We won’t keep Personal Information for longer than is necessary to present our Website to you or to provide our services to you.

The Company uses a 128-bit Secure Socket Layer (“SSL”) protocol to encrypt your information and protect it from being compromised. We endeavor to protect the privacy of your Personal Information that we hold in our records, but we cannot guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure, and other factors, may compromise the security of user information at any time.

Unfortunately, the transmission of information via the Internet is not completely secure. Although we do our best to protect your Personal Information, we cannot guarantee the security of your Personal Information transmitted to our Website. Any transmission of Personal Information is at your own risk. We are not responsible for circumvention of any privacy settings or security measures contained on the Website.

Reviewing, Modifying, And Deleting Your InformationThe Company does not personally operate any portion of the Website that includes log-in functionality. However, it utilizes third-party services providers for purchase and checkout functionality, and users may request to review, correct, update, or delete the personal information that you have previously provided to any such third-party service providers directly through their website(s). The Company has no ability to assist users in reviewing, modifying, and/or deleting their accounts with third-party service providers.

Your California Privacy Rights

If you are a California resident, you have the right to request information from us regarding the manner in which we share certain categories of your Personal Information with third parties for their own direct marketing uses. California’s “Shine the Light” Act provides that you have the right to submit a request to us at our email address in order to receive information on the categories of customer information that we shared and the names and addresses of those businesses with which we shared customer information for the immediately prior calendar year. To obtain this information, please send an email message to magazine@mouthwash.co with "Request for California Privacy Information" in the subject line and in the body of your message. We will provide the requested information to you in your email address in response.

Please be aware that not all information sharing is covered by the Shine the Light requirements, and only information on covered sharing will be included in our response.

It is our policy to post any changes we make to our Privacy Policy on this page. If we make material changes to how we treat our users' Personal Information, we may notify you by email to the most recent email address provided to the Company.
